One case. One slab.
First to break it wins.
A real graded Pokémon slab sits inside a glass case. Everyone takes swings at the same case, and the swing that breaks the glass takes the slab home.
Each swing burns a small, fixed-dollar amount of $SLABZ. The price is locked for 60 seconds when you click, so the market can't move it on you.
Your swing rolls a number between 0 and the odds shown on screen. Roll a 0 and the glass gives way.
Whoever breaks the case wins the graded slab inside. It gets sent to the wallet that made the winning swing.
Every case starts with odds of 1 in N, shown on the left of the game screen. After every block of swings without a break, the odds double in your favour. The meter under the odds shows how close the next boost is.
Before the first swing we publish a SHA-256 hash of a secret seed. Each roll is HMAC-SHA256 of that seed with your own random seed and a counter. When the case breaks the seed is revealed, and anyone can replay every roll on the verify page.
Swings are paid in $SLABZ, and every token spent is sent to the incinerator. The running total is shown next to the smash button.

The odds keep improving. Every block of misses doubles your chance per swing, so every case breaks eventually.
